The business application/business process modelling entails the development of a robust enterprise business application to manage operational processes e.g., Claims, Marketer registration and Outlet registration etc.
This workstream entails implementing a sensor network, generating near real-time data enabling the monitoring of petroleum products on trucks, at depots, jetties and refineries. This workstream involves retrofitting of 1700 trucks with sensors and RTUs.
OPERATION, COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTRE
This workstream entails establishing an Operations Command & Control (OCC) centre to monitor the Board’s field operations in real-time and improve the response time to incidents.
DATA CENTRE UPGRADE
This workstream entails upgrading the Information Technology and Network Infrastructure at the HQ and Zonal Offices. This is to improve speed and strong connectivity and also reduce network downtime.
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This workstream entails implementing best practice Management Systems (ISO27001) Information Security Management System, ISO22301 business continuity management system and ISO20000 service management system using international organisation for standardisation (ISO) standards to enable PEF(M)B improve, maintain and maximise efficiency in its operational processes.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This workstream entails Digitizing and Archiving documents being used across PEF(M)B departments and developing an application to manage workflow.
